In brief , we begin by gaining a full understanding of all aspects of the Client organisation and the vacancy, properly documenting this information, and thus ensuring that all concerned ( the Client, KES, our researchers, and our prospective candidates) have a clear and common understanding of the requirement.
We are then in a position to bring into sharp focus the process of discreetly identifying and securing the interest of targeted individuals, leading ultimately to presenting well-briefed and highly suitable candidates for our Client’s consideration. Full referencing forms an integral part of this work.
Simply put, ‘we do what we say we will do, within the agreed timescales’ working with and representing the Client, for all intents and purposes as an ambassador and employee of their organisation.

Key steps in the progress of the Assignment
- Development of a comprehensive understanding of the assignment brief covering the Client organisation’s culture, the reason for the recruitment, the job specification and the person specification.
- Preparation of the assignment brief which will highlight the primary positive attributes of the Client organisation, the job description, ideal candidate profile, and outline remuneration details.
- Once approved by the Client, this document will be used to engage the interest of targeted top performing potential candidates, presenting the opportunity and the Client organisation in the very best possible light.
- A search plan of potential target individuals and organisations will then be agreed resulting in a long-list of identified people for screening.
- The best candidates will be presented to the Client together with the Consultant’s report summarising the key attributes and potential ‘culture fit’ of each short-listed candidate.
- At this stage we act as go-between, feeding back impressions from final interviews and remuneration negotiations, to ensure maximum communication through this delicate process. Reference audits will be taken up on the final candidate(s), and assistance given to secure the acceptance of the selected Candidate.
- We then remain closely involved with both parties beyond the point of acceptance, until the person is ‘bedded-in’ to their new environment
