Candidate Assessment

This is a professional service undertaken by our Counselling Psychologist on request.

The purpose of the assessment process is to scientifically observe the intellectual and characteristic competencies of the Candidate or employee and to highlight potential “blind spots” in their respective profiles.

The process involves a selection of psychometric assessment tools (chosen to meet the explicit needs of the assignment), which are focused on measuring personality dynamics, interpersonal skills, preferred behaviours, cognitive ability and emotional intelligence. The results are then mapped with the profiles of the target role and interpreted in relation to the required competencies. A comprehensive report is compiled summarising the results of the assessment and the concluding recommendations, which may then be addressed through an individual development plan. Comprehensive feedback to both Client and Candidate would normally be given, in such a way that the assessment is perceived as a positive and constructive experience.
